The service

ShadeWright records window measurements and photos in the field and delivers them to your office. ShadeWright provides the service to companies; your company's administrator controls who has access and what role each person holds.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. Your company's administrator can remove your access at any time.

Your data

Measurements, photos, and customer records belong to the company that entered them. ShadeWright processes them only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for your company's measurement work. Do not attempt to reach another company's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or resell access.

Availability and changes

ShadeWright works to keep the service available but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change; material changes to these terms arrive by email to your company's administrator before they take effect.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ShadeWright's liability is limited to the amount your company paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
