What we store
When you sign in with Google, ShadeWright stores your name, email address, and avatar from your Google account. That is the whole of your personal profile in the service; there is no separate password.
Measurements, photos, and customer records entered through the service are stored for the company that entered them. They are that company's data: its administrators control who sees them, and removing your access removes your view of them, not the company's records.
How we use it
Your profile identifies you inside your company. Measurement data exists to be read by your company's office. ShadeWright does not sell data, does not advertise, and does not read company data except to operate and support the service.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our hosting providers. Sign in runs on Google; error reports carry technical context only, never measurements or customer details.
Removal
Ask your company's administrator to remove your access. To remove company data or your profile entirely, the administrator contacts support@shadewright.com and we delete it.
